Training Partner (POST 23)

If you want serious gains then you really need a training partner to push you and to compete with. Not only is it hard to get motivated working out alone but there is no-one to compete with or to set the standard, there is also no-one to make you squeeze out a few extra reps that you may need assistance with.

If you want to train properly you not only need a good training partner but you need a descent gym.  Lots of people buy products from my shop and I surprised to learn just how many people train at home.  While this is fine to start with if you wish to take your training more seriously you need a good gym.  At home not only will you be limited by weight but by the lack of equipment needed to give you a good variety of  movements, if you cant do a full and varied range of movements then you will quickly become stale as your body gets used to the same routine. Constantly changing your routine is critical to maximise growth, we never do the same body part on the same day as the previous week and we always vary our exercises.
