Problems,Problems and more Problems: (POST 39)

There have been no new blog entries because we have experienced a number of setbacks. First Patrick had back problems and I trained alone so there was nothing learnt that I could pass on. Patrick had a serious back problem and underwent major surgery last year but he is remarkably big and strong for someone that has had three years out from training.
Last week I trained with Pat and at the end of the session we did some ab work. I had the crunch machine fully loaded and as normal Pat was unimpressed so he decided that as I thought it was so easy that he’d give me plenty of hard abdominal exercises to do which took the smile off my face.
I hit the showers and when reaching into my back my back went. I could hardly walk and I ended up having work done on it that evening but the following day I could hardly stand so I was not only off work but off training to. I had work done on it everyday but no improvement so one week later a went to have xrays done at my local chiropractors at my pelvis was twisted and it was 13mm more to the left and the vertebra were pinching the nerves.
The workload Pat gave me highlighted a underlying problem that I was unaware off, we only respond to pain so the problem was there and getting worse and it was the hard work that Pat gave me that made the problem surface.
My back is still giving me grief and I’m having more work done on Monday and Friday.
Tomorrow onwards I’m back in the gym but for cardio only until things settle down.
During this down time it has give me time to work on the web site and to build to more sites. I want to rebuild 99nutrition using more sophisticated software to make it more easy for customers to navigate and purchase plus it will be easier for staff to use and save us time.
I have also developed my own range of products and I’ve named my brand peak performance sports Nutrition. These products consist of a whey protein and a weight gainer both in 2,2kg plus creatine, Glutamine and Bcaa powder all in 500g bags which is direct out of the factory with no middleman
So I will not only be the cheapest store in Essex but online too.
One good thing has come from my back injury is in one months time I will have taken 99nutrition To another level giving the best value and unparalleled service to our customers.
